HOW IT WORKS

System Overview

The Sliding Balancer Track system installs in each bay for single or tandem parked vehicles. A constant-tension balancer controls the cable that positions the hose via a dual-glide trolley moving inside the overhead track.

When the alarm sounds and the vehicle exits, the trolley glides forward to a rubber end-stop — the hose extends to the door threshold and the nozzle automatically disconnects. The system resets itself, ready for the next run.
