The Hazvent Nozzle uses a pneumatic bladder that seals airtight around the tailpipe — no magnets required. The exhaust fan activates automatically before the engine even starts, ensuring capture begins immediately.
On emergency runs, the nozzle stays connected until the apparatus reaches the bay door, at which point the bladder automatically deflates and the nozzle releases. Unlike competing pneumatic systems, the Hazvent allows ambient air intake to cool exhaust temperatures and prevent turbocharger damage. Its two air-release valve design — the only dual-valve pneumatic nozzle available — delivers a faster, more reliable disconnect than single-valve competitors.
